"Promo price changed at checkout"
For some reason, the promo prices shown on the site didn’t carry over when I went to checkout. The discount either changed or just didn’t apply at all. Customer service said maybe the item wasn’t included, but it was clearly listed on the promo page. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"Just doesn’t feel worth it anymore"
Ordering from carrefouruae.com has started to feel more expensive every time I use it. Some of the deals look decent at first, like okay, maybe this is worth it, but then by the time I get to checkout the total is still way higher than I expected.
The delivery fee and those little extra charges don’t help either. And sometimes items get swapped out for cheaper alternatives, but the pricing doesn’t really feel adjusted in a fair way, which is frustrating.
For what I’m paying, I just expected better value overall. These days I can find a lot of the same stuff cheaper in other shops, so yeah, I’m not really convinced it’s worth the money anymore.

I used to check Carrefour UAE first whenever I needed groceries, the app is still easy to use and delivery has usually been fine for me.
But lately, the prices just don’t feel as competitive anymore. Even when something is marked as an “offer,” I often find the same items cheaper on other apps or even at smaller supermarkets. Some discounts look good at first, but once you compare properly, they’re not always that great.
I still like the convenience and I’d be happy to order more often if the pricing improved, but for groceries, value really matters. I don’t want to feel like I have to double-check every single item before placing an order.
"Items keep showing as available when they’re not"
I’ve had a frustrating time using Carrefour UAE online. A bunch of items show up like they’re in stock, then after I place the order someone calls or messages to say they’re actually unavailable. It’s happened more than once, so it’s really annoying. If you don’t have the products, why keep them listed like they’re ready to order? Ended up wasting my time and I had to buy from somewhere else instead. Probably won’t be using it again anytime soon

"Worst checkout experience, no question"
I tried to pay twice and it failed both times, like there was absolutely no chance it was going through. Then I refreshed the page and my whole cart disappeared. the checkout was a complete mess and I’m 100% not using it again.

I ordered from carrefouruae.com again, and the packaging was bad like usual. Heavy items were packed together with soft stuff, one box arrived open, and a bottle had leaked all over. This isn’t even the first time it’s happened, which makes it more frustrating. At this point I’m starting to feel like I’m being fooled paying for delivery and expecting my order to arrive properly.

"Wrong items again"
I ordered 6 things and somehow ended up with 3 wrong items and one missing completely, which is just... how does that even happen again? I contacted support thinking it would be a quick fix, but they just kept saying they’ll check on it, which doesn’t really help when I’m sitting here with stuff I didn’t order and something I actually needed not even in the package.

"Refund is taking forever"
I ordered from Carrefour UAE and a few items ended up getting cancelled, so I thought the refund would be sorted quickly. I get that refunds are not always instant, and maybe there’s some process behind it, but at the same time it’s been days and I still don’t have any clear answer.
Support keeps telling me it’s “under process,” which is polite enough I guess, but it doesn’t really help when there’s no date or proper update. It’s annoying having to chase my own money like this. I like the convenience of ordering online, but if refunds are going to be this slow, I’m not sure I’d order again

"Payment failed, but I was still charged"
I tried placing an order and the payment showed as failed, but my card ended up being charged twice anyway. The order was never confirmed, and when I tried to get help, I felt like I was just being passed around without anyone actually fixing it. Really frustrating experience, I won’t be ordering again.

I was frustrated with my order because they swapped out items without asking me first. I thought they were supposed to check before making substitutions, but that clearly didn’t happen. It’s annoying when you’re expecting one thing and they just decide something else for you.

"Order got cancelled and support was no help"
I placed my grocery order and waited around, then out of nowhere it got cancelled. They didn’t really explain anything, just kept sending the same copy-paste replies. The refund were also slower than expected, and I had to chase them more than once. It’s really frustrating when you plan stuff for home and they cancel like it’s no big deal. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Hard to Get Any Help After Ordering"
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a clear reply after placing an order, but that really wasn’t my experience. I reached out several times for help and never got a proper answer. The chat kept saying someone would get back to me, but then nothing happened. It’s really frustrating, especially after you’ve already paid. Fair is fair, customers should at least be kept updated instead of feeling ignored.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering produce or meat from here, my experience was bad. I ordered some fruit and chicken, and both arrived smelling off. The fruit was soft and mushy, and the chicken definitely didn’t seem fresh. I ended up throwing most of it away the same day, which was really disappointing. I’d be cautious, especially with anything perishable.

"Late delivery again"
So... my order was supposed to arrive in the morning, but it didn’t show up until late evening, and I barely got any update about it. I ended up waiting at home the whole day for nothing. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, so it’s getting really frustrating.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue, but the website feels really confusing to me. The navigation is messy and kind of slow, and I keep ending up lost between categories. The filters don’t seem to work properly either, which makes finding basic groceries take way longer than it should.

I’ve been collecting loyalty points thinking they’d actually be worth something, but they don’t seem to have any real value. It’s disappointing, especially when the program makes it sound like you’re getting rewarded. I’d at least expect an apology or some kind of explanation for why the points feel so useless.
